Purpose

Quality Management Approvals provides the ability to control and monitor changes made in the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne system. With the Quality Management Approval process activated the system can detect when a user adds or changes P3701 - Test Revisions, P3702 - Specification Revisions and P40318 - Preference Revisions. An automatic notification will be sent to the appropriate people for their approval or rejection of the update. The revisions are created as pending and are not used until the approval process is complete. Quality approvals are routed through EnterpriseOne Workflow Management.

This documents how to set up Quality Approval Workflow for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. This workflow is available starting with XE and later releases.
