Symptoms

 Sales Order Entry (P42101)

When trying to enter or revise price on sale order line system throws application header failure issue followed by web Client Exception error. The error indicates, There was a problem with the server while running the business function S421002C_SOLineViewController....   P421002_S421002C

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Access P42101 and click add
  2. On P42101 screen enter the Item number, Qty and price on the detail screen
  3. Tab down and note that system throws below error-
    Application header failure
    Web Client Exception
