Symptoms

When trying to map data structure values for any business function by double-clicking on the Literal option under Available Objects, no popup window appears. It is supposed to bring up the below window to enter the literal value:



The literal option in data selection while trying to submit a report from batch version screen also does not work. This can happen in FAT client as well as in deployment server.
