Symptoms
The F986112 table stores trigger templates. This table is populated by the DBTemplates.exe program. The templates in F986112 are used by the database drivers to create native database triggers.
While setting up 21CFR11 auditing, facing issues when running the dbtemplates.exe and no trigger templates populated in F986112.

Open Microsoft Windows Explorer and double-click the dbtemplates.exe, which is located in this directory: x:\E920\system\bin32\
