Symptoms

E1 listeners (JDENET_N processes) running on Enterprise Server are reporting "createSocket failed, JDENET internal connection array full" error and any of the following symptoms may occur:

1. After doing a maintenance when systems were brought back up, customer is unable to connect to servers.
2. The porttest runs successfully with no issue for port 6017.
3. The logs keep pointing to a firewall issue even when no firewall is running.
4. User keeps getting security server down error.
5. Newly spawned kernels are going into zombie state.

The logs of jdenet_n process show the following errors:
