There are a couple of issues found on Early Termination.

Issue 1: When trying to terminate a lease with non-monthly billing frequency, (this particular test case has step payments but this happens regardless), the system does not allow this if the termination date falls within the billing period. Form gives a hard error: Invalid As of Date (must be outside of Lessee Accounting JE thru Date's payment Period) and Invalid End Date.

Issue 2: When a lease has rent steps, user must delete rent steps after desired early termination date to initiate the early termination and enter the End Date. Early Terminate flag is not thrown.  Additionally, when the early terminate date is the End Date of one of the rent steps, when deleting the subsequent Rent Steps - Early Terminate flag is not thrown.
