Symptoms

When attempting to subscribe 50-70 users to a notification, It takes 1 second per subscriber to receive 1 notification.
Subscriber subscribes to 10 notifications to be received, it will take 500 seconds (10x50seconds) to receive all the messages.

The goal is to have more than 100 users subscribe to a notification.
