Symptoms

BUG 28602459 changed JD Edwards functionality and now P0801ORG processing options 4 and 5 are now ignored.

Job Entry and Evaluation P08001 has Job Categories defined for a reason and through versions of P0801ORG, entities define whether the Job Categories are needed to default when Job Type/Step are changed.  After applying Bug 28602459, Job Categories no longer default even though processing options 4 and 5 are set to 1 which is causing incorrect data.
