E1: 31: Hours and Quantities (P311221) Does not Use Record Reservation When the Employee Format is Selected (Doc ID 2574894.1)

When using Hours and Quantities, P311221 in Employee Format, the program will not use the record reservation functionality and allow entries even though another user has the work order open.

Steps:
1. Create a manufacturing Work Order, P48013.
2. Attach the parts list and routing.
3. Have a user open the Work Order header.
4. In the P311221 processing options, set the Display tab to Employee Format Display.
5. In Hours and Quantities, enter a work date, an employee number and click ADD.
6. In the Hours and Quantities detail, enter the Order Number from step 1 and a valid operation sequence.
7. Tab down and note that there is no Reserved by error.
8. Change the processing options in the P311221 to Order Number Format.
9. In Hours and Quantities, enter the Order Number from step 1 and click ADD; notice that the system displays hard error 113C : Reserved by error.
