Symptoms
When Long user id is enabled and both long and short user ids are used to login , when there is a change to the LDAP attribute (eg UPN - User Principal Name) there are issues in the subsequent logins with either the long user id or short user id.
When checking the table F0092L , there are duplicate records created in it.
