This document discusses manually converting object librarian media objects across releases (example, XE to 9.2). Since data in XE is non unicode and must be converted to unicode first, then copied, this process is required. An example of data impacted, which would need to be converted is Business Function Documentation / Notes stored in F00165.GT9862A.
