Symptoms

Customer configured for RTPOOUT2 where PO is set for Auto Approval. Override Status Code = 280 and P43XPI pro opt #1 = 280 #2 = 400. The RTE Message is Generated with Element "po with des without c&u" so the szItemDescription contains the Special Character "&". When SOA  reads the RTE Message for this element, it runs into error because of the special character.
