Symptoms

When attempting to ship confirm an inbound Intermodal shipment via P49645, which calls P4312, the original Intermodal shipment is cancelled (along with all legs attached to that shipment) and a new shipment is generated once the confirmation/receipt is completed.  The receipt is also created but the cancelled shipment is on the F43121 match type 1 record.  The confirmation process should not be cancelling the original Intermodal shipment.
