Symptoms
When performing a search in the P4981 (Freight Audit History) by reference number and reference qualifier for payable freight on a load, no records are found. The reference number and reference qualifier exist in the F4981 table, but they are not able to be used in the query. This occurs if the values are entered in the header section of the W4981A form or when using the QBE line. Billable freight can be found using these values and other values (ex: load number) can be used to find the F4981 record for the payable freight associated with a load.
