E1: ORCH : Errors from an Orchestration Form Request Step is Not Being Displayed in Output (Doc ID 2652278.1)

Symptoms

An orchestration is being run to automatically update an item with specific category codes through application P4101 - Work with Item master.

When running the orchestration with wrong category codes which does not exist in the User Defined Code (UDC) table, the orchestration does not throw an error. An error should be thrown when the category code does not exist in UDC.

An error would be thrown if a similar operation is done manually on the web link.
