Goal

Customer currently running every 5 minutes text import process R47002C to import data into JDE but most of the time these UBE jobs do not have any data to process, as there is no file to import and so this is not very efficient and waste of resources.
Customer would only like to trigger these UBE jobs only when there is a file available on the server specific folder.

Is there a rule or a custom function that will look for a specific file on the enterprise server or a shared location and trigger orchestration if file is present ?
