Symptoms
A customized Report Definition output file name is set up following Document 1905525.1 - E1: XMLP: How to Work with Custom Report Definition Output File Name and File Path Functionality in Tools Releases 9.1.4.0 and Above.
However, when the report is submitted in the Production environment (PD920), the BI Publisher Job file name in Submitted Jobs (WSJ) is not reflecting the override file name that is specified.
From within WSJ, if user select the "View Output" icon for a BI Publisher job, it should show the override file name like "RD14021AT 5127 Denver Address Report.pdf" in the File Download window. However, users are just seeing the generic file name, such as "RD14021AT_EN_322439_81857_87.pdf" instead.
The BI publisher report runs successfully with Job Status = D (Done). However, the Override File Name does not work.
