E1: OCI: Unable to Validate Database Server while Using One Click Provisioning Tool - Error "Invalid hostname" (Applicable For Other Servers Too EX: AIS,Enterprise Server Etc)

Symptoms
While trying to use One Click Provisioning tool to setup a new E1 instance, the database server validation fails.
After giving all the details for the Database server and clicking next, the validation fails with error :
Invalid hostname
Host name must match the machine host name (case-sensistive).
Note 1: This symptom is applicable tor other servers too EX: AIS,Enterprise Server Etc)
Note 2: In some cases the logs (/u01/E1ProvisionPrime/InputValidation/log) doesn't get created as well.
