Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) Enabled for JAS HTML Server

Symptoms

User is unable to add any file type media object attachment on a JAS instance where SSL is enabled.  On JAS instance where SSL is not enabled, users are able to add media object file attachment.

The following "WIN NT File upload to the server failed" error is seen on screen:
