E1: ORCH: Error On Form Request "App Stack Form Exception" with Argentine / Brazil Localization Turned On (Doc ID 2712799.1)

Symptoms

1.  When customer tries to run a form request for Voucher entry it throws the error:

The Argentine localization is active and if you run the same form request removing the localized applications it works without any issue.

This same orchestration worked in the previous version of the orchestrator (version 2), but not in this version (3).

2.  When the Brazil Localization On, P4210 fails if there is any warnings (e.g. Order Quantity Exceeds what's Available). 

OK twice, then P4210BR_W4210BRL Form shows up.
