Symptoms
After Tools Release upgraded to 9.2.4.3, disabling the EnterpriseOne User ID which has more than 10 character long user ID affects the other User ID Login. Refer the below example
1. Two UserIDs exist:
UserID #1
- ShortID: TESTUSERA
- Long UserID: testuserabcde
UserID #2
- ShortID: TESTUSERAB
- Long UserID: testuserabc
2. Disable the TESTUSERAB by typing in the incorrect password (checked P98OWSEC to ensure it was disabled).
3. Users trying to login in as TESTUSERAB and testuserabc received the following error message:
