Symptoms

Installation is a Horizontal Cluster Setup and you have installed JDE HTML Server Managed Instance, which has 3 Managed Servers. The Managed Servers are running but when Managed Instance is clicked, only one JVM is shown in the Server Manager Console (e.g., Active JVM Count is shown to be 1) which is the Primary Managed Server Instance. Ideally it should show all the Managed Servers.
