Symptoms

After upgrading to 9.2.4.x having the following issue. When modifying existing text attachment getting the following errors on screen and log the next time the text media object is inquired. This happens with IE, Chrome, Edge or Firefox. SupportActiveXIE set to FALSE or OLEONLY on jas.ini

Error on e1root.log

This issue is not specific to one application it can happen to one or some standard E1 applications.
