Symptoms

When a user tries to subscribe to a notification, he is unable to see detail of notification from HTML. The Configuration, Inputs and Policy sections are missing.


The notification details should show as follows:



Steps To Duplicate

  1. Login to HTML/JAS server
  2. Press on Manage Notification-> My Subscription
  3. Then Press on Add subscription
  4. Select a notification
  5. Notice the details do not show
