E1: OMW: P98220W UDO Promotion Fail with Error 10632 'Error changing status for project' When UDO is Moved to Project Typed in Lowercase in SQL Database (Doc ID 2739381.1)

Pre-Requisite: Database platform must be SQL.

UDO is moved from default project to another project typed in lowercase.

When UDO is promoted from DV to PY, it fails with OMW Logging Error 10632 '153Y Object not changed by project'.

Steps to reproduce:

1. P98230 click Constants
    Enter the initial project status for all new projects= 21
    Enter the User Role to use when assigning the originator to a project= 02

2. P0013 add Grid Format P0013GFA

3. P0018 add Grid Format P0018GFA

4. P98220U P0013GFA, P0018GFA are at 02 Editing status in Default Project

5. P98220W
    Add OMW project PRJ08 (typed in uppercase)
    Check box 'Default Project'
    P0013GFA Row Action 'Move Objects to Project', PRJ08 (typed in uppercase)
    P0018GFA Row Action 'Move Objects to Project', prj08 (typed in lowercase)
