Symptoms

On Hand Updated field being set to 1 by standard BSSV J4200010 for Configured items

F4211.SO01 = Inter Branch
F4211.SO02 = On Hand Update

When entering Configured Sales orders items using the standard Code with BSSV, all the order that are entered the F4211.SO02 field is getting set/populated to 1 automatically at order entry.
The order is successfully placed. However, when we try to ship confirm the order the sales order line do not show up in the grid because On hand Updated column =1. This is preventing from processing the orders further.

other notes:
SO01 = Inter Branch is also getting Set to "1" not matter if the header/detail are the same
SO02 = On Hand Update For JDE Test is always being set to a "2" when entered through using BSSV

For both the client and Oracle, when the same configured order is entered manually (Not BSSV) the SO01 and SO02 fields are populated correctly with "Blanks"

Steps:

  1. Run BSSV JP420000 using SoupUI
  2. This would need to be for a Configured Item
  3. Once completed successfully and update the F4211
  4. Notice SO01 & SO02 populated with the value "1"
