Symptoms

When attempting to use open-api-catalog (http://AIS:xxxx/jderest/v3/open-api-catalog/AORCH)  in soapUI or a 3rd party application, the following error occurs.

The same request works fine in postman and also soapUI works if "Authenticate pre-emptively" option is turned on.  "Use Global Preference" fails.
