E1: JAS: Record Reservation / Business Object Reservation (F00095) Records Remain Reserved after User Session Times Out in Any Browser (Doc ID 2757320.1)

Last updated on MARCH 15, 2022

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Business Object Reservation Records (F00095) are not released when the user session times out. When the user opens any Order (for ex: P4310), after fetching the order the user goes into Order details and due to some reasons, the session timed out due to inactiveness, however the same order reservations stay in P00095 application.  Next time, the user must clear the object reservations for further processing of the order.

Steps to Reproduce:

1 - Open the work order
2 - keep idle for >30 mins for user session timeout so it has captured only events when it was opened and not when user session timed out.
