Symptoms

All media objects attachments are failing to load / insert after SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) was enabled. Able to copy files outside of E1 process using SFTP, however it fails to retrieve the Media Object files when accessed via E1 applications.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Login to E1 Web Client
2. Open address book application (P01012)
3. Select a record and go to "Row Exit" and select "Attachments"
4. Try to add a file type attachment
5. Unable to add and unable to view the existing file type attachments as well.

Below errors are captured in e1root log while trying to add a file type attachment.

Changes

Enabled SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol).
