E1: ORCH: Process Recorder Causes P4101 and P4106 to Hang (Doc ID 2765093.1)

Symptoms

Recording process for application P4101 and P4106 using Process Recorder, at certain screen everything hangs. JDE becomes unresponsive.
If the process recorder is not running, the application works fine.
Tried it in several browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox) and it hangs in the same place every time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE for P4101
========================

1. fast path to P4101 with a specific version with specific PO value
2. enable process recorder
3. click find
4. select a row and click select button
5. click save at Revision screen
6. click save at Category Codes screen
7. click save at Additional System Information screen and application hangs

STEPS TO REPRODUCE for P4106
========================

1. fast path to P4106
2. enable process recorder
3. click find
4. select a row and click select button
5. application hangs
