Symptoms

You are running JAS on WebLogic Server 12c with tools release 9.2.x.

All web client users cannot login to E1.  The users get the sign-on screen for JAS, but whenever they attempt to login, they never get to the E1 "home page", and they are never displayed any error message.  However, the following error message appears in the WebLogic Server log for the
JAS server:
