Symptoms


In P98220U, had 21 Service Request UDO's in the grid, which were all at a status of 02 - Editing. Selected all of them and clicked Row Approve/Share. On the confirmation dialogue, clicked Cancel. The first record cancelled but the other 20 were approved.
Customer expected all requests to be cancelled.
