Symptoms

After upgrading the tools release from 9.2.2.X to 9.2.5.X, form title and some fields display question mark (�) in place of space in personal forms migrated from the old release. See the issue in form title and in the fields Ship To and Order Attachments in below screen print. They were appearing correctly in the old 9.2.2.X tools release. Also, no such issues are observed in the new personal forms created in 9.2.5.X.
