Symptoms
Case Management Inquiry screen (P17500 , W17500A) has Inventory Item Description (F1755.DL01) as blank in the grid, even though a valid Inventory Item is populated on the record.
Steps to replicate the issue:
- P17500 Create a new case
- Populate the Inventory Item Number in P90CG504 form. Note the description of the item is displayed next to the item field.
- Save the case and check again the case data in P17500 | W17500A. Note the Inventory Item Description is blank.
