Symptoms

Case Management Inquiry screen (P17500 , W17500A) has Inventory Item Description (F1755.DL01) as blank in the grid, even though a valid Inventory Item is populated on the record.

Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. P17500 Create a new case
  2. Populate the Inventory Item Number in P90CG504 form. Note the description of the item is displayed next to the item field.
  3. Save the case and check again the case data in P17500 | W17500A. Note the Inventory Item Description is blank.
