Symptoms

Server Manager Agent shows as "Stopped" in Server Manager Console when secure JMX is enabled (management.server.usesecurejmx=true in agent.properties).

The WebLogic log for Server Manager Console (<domain>\servers\SMC_Server_EOne_ManagementConsole_Console\SMC_Server_EOne_ManagementConsole_Console.log) contains the following:

SSL/TLS configuration changed (for example, secure JMX enabled or made changes to certificates)
