Symptoms
Opening media object event rule causes double quote of literal string parameter to be removed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Open ER Design aid in FDA.
2. Add media object structure system function.
3. Choose media object structure that uses string as key.
4. Pass in literal string to the media object system function key parameter, save and close.
5. Re-open ER design aid.
6. Double click to open the media object ER line.
7. Notice double quote of literal string parameter is removed.
8. Click ok without any modification.
9. At runtime, the ER line will not work because it is invalid.
