Symptoms

Report Definition (RD) templates are displayed as INACTIVE in non-J environments in FAT client but the same templates are correctly displayed as ACTIVE in web instances (J environment). Even when logging to J environment in FAT client, they are displayed as ACTIVE. For example, below screen prints show the behavior of one specific template when logged in a FAT client in PY920 vs JPY920 environment.
