Last updated on AUGUST 29, 2023

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Using local web, for many applications, when performing different tasks, BSFN errors are reported. At that time the opened active console crashes. The issue is not specific to a single application or BSFN, but more on the action performed, which involves BSFNs and multiple tables.

The same steps are successful from the same development client. Also, for the local web, if the user signs in to JDV920, there are no issue.

The development client and local web were successfully installed on TR 9.2.5 - no errors.

Local Web starts fine and applications can be opened, Find works fine - no errors.

Steps:
-----------------------
1. Start Local web

2. Open P4210 and do a Find

3. Try to Copy a record

4. Active console crashes and BSFNs errors are reported on local web. (Notice in the following screenshot there is no Active Console running in taskbar)

5. The same errors and behavior occurs when running different applications, like P4310 or any other application fetching rows from different tables.
