Symptoms

After creating the Linux instance in OCI for the Terraform Staging Server, logging into it and performing first-time configuration unable to access it through the VNC Viewer.

1. The following error is seen:

Unable connect to socket: Connection refused (10061)


 

2. The following error is seen:

TLS Handshake failed

And the following in the log found on the Terraform Staging Server under /home/opc/.vnc/:
