E1: HELP: Contextual Help Opens Oracle Knowledge Website with Wrong Search Context (Doc ID 2799428.1)

Customer setup the contextual help as per guide:

Customer notice that on the majority of JDE screens when a user clicks Help, the page returned is the Oracle Help Center Search but usually get "No Matching Results". The search automatically filters the results based on context "E53430_01". For example, go to the Submitted Jobs app, click help, you get the "No Matching Results" screen. If you remove the search scope/filter/context then you do get some useful results.
