Symptoms
When an Orchestration has more than 10 inputs, if the user attempts to add another input, or edit an input, or delete an input, a spinning wheel is displayed and the form becomes unresponsive.
The user then has to save the Orchestration.
If the user goes back into the Orchestration inputs, it does not respond and does not display the inputs.
The user has to close out of the Orchestration, and reopen it again in order to Access the Inputs.
Then when attempting to add, delete or edit another input, only one input can be added, deleted or edited at a time.
