Symptoms
Full package build fails with build errors after applying all 64bit ESU or localization ESUs.
The R9621S server package build PDF shows errors on objects like: N7000311, N7000351, N7000401, N7000501, N7000571,N7001691, N7003651, N7003951, etc.
The logs for these NERs show the following errors:
1. n7000351.log
