Symptoms

Deleting a set of jobs from Work With Submitted Jobs Application (WSJ) is taking a long time (more than 30 seconds).

When analyzing the call object kernel debug with the help of performance workbench tools (as mentioned in 654972.1) , the application seems to be taking a long time to process the business function 'DeletePrinterFile'

Steps

1. Login into E1 web link

2. From Fast path type 'WSJ' to open the 'Work with Submitted Jobs'

3. Perform a Find based on any criteria

4. Select a Job record or set of Job record and Click Delete

5. Check the time taken for completion
