E1: JAS: E1 Web Link Not Loading Fully With Missing Images and Icons (Doc ID 2820910.1)

Symptoms

When opening the EnterpriseOne web link in a browser the images and buttons are not loaded properly in the sign in page.

When enabling the developer tools in the browser (eg Ctrl+Shift+I in Chrome) the following errors are noted in the Console Tab

Steps 

  1. Open the E1 web link in a browser
  2. Check how the web page loads
