Symptoms

While doing delivery confirmation (P49650), the system fails to insert record into item ledger (F4111). The issue happens only when the linux server hostname is long ('host.example.com')

Steps:

  1. In sales order entry (P4210) create a credit order that creates a shipment.
  2. In work with load (P4960) build an In-transit load and link the shipment.
  3. Access Work With Loads(P4960) and approve the load.
  4. From Work With loads(P4960). Inquire on the load and Confirm Load
  5. The Load Status is now at 50(In-transit).No entries created in f4111 file. A record is created in In-transit file(F4963) and In-Transit Ledger(F49631).
  6. From Work With loads(P4960). Inquire on the load. Row exit->Confirm Delivery.
  7. The entry in F4111 is missing.
