E1: ESU: C Code-based Objects Error When Applying ESU that Includes Table Changes using P96470 or Change Assistant when the 64-Bit Flag is enabled in Release Master (Doc ID 2827290.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to apply an ESU from Change Assistant or P96470 - Electronic Software Updates to an install where the 64-bit Flag is enabled in Release Master, multiple Objects with C Code-based Objects ERROR shown in report R98700 - Specification Merge Report. 

The following error occurs in R98700 - Specification Merge Report: 

And the jde.log shows the below error:

Spec merge fails while trying to copy files to include/source folder in path code on the deployment server. The include/source folders were renamed and no longer exist. This issue only happens on the upgrade machine and applying an ESU with a table change.

Changes

 64-bit Flag has been enabled in the Release Master application.
