Symptoms
Starting from a fresh install using the GA media CDs/images for 9.2 followed by upgrading the tools release to 9.2.1x or later.
When building the first full package, Server Package Kernel goes to zombie, generating the following crash dump:
The same happens for first full package on every pathcode.
Changes
Upgrade to tools release 9.2.1x or later after installing 9.2 from GA CDs/images.
