Table Conversions for an application release are failing with the following error recorded into the JDE log file created by Active Console on Deployment Server:

Changes

The following actions have been performed:

1. Install Deployment Server E920 using GA CDs (Install Media) available on the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud
2. Create upgrade plan for PS920 and run the Installation Workbench for PS920
3. Upgrade to 64-Bit Tools Release
4. Install all the ASUs and remaining ESUs
5. Run the Automated Special Instructions (ASI) for PS920
6. Build PS920 Full Package
7. Create the Install/upgrade Plan for DV920
