Symptoms

There is an issue where when hovering over an Address Number field (e.g Sold To or Ship To) in an application (e.g P4210 - SO Entry) and start typing the alpha name, then the Auto Suggest window that pops up shows duplicate Address Numbers. This is caused due to having multiple effective date records for the same address book number in the F0116 - Address by Date table.
The Address book Auto Suggest is controlled by BSVW V0101AS which is joining F0101.AN8 to F0116.AN8 but there is no join for the effective date (EFTB).

Steps to Duplicate:
1) Make sure Auto Suggest is enabled in User preferences
2) P01012 Find Address and on Mailing tab set up multiple addresses with different Effective Date (EFTB)
3) Check F0116, there are multiple records for same address number with different Effective Date (EFTB)
4) Go to P4210
5) Enter Alpha name in Sold To address and note that Auto Suggest form shows as many records for the address number as there are F0116 records, however there is no telling which is the current address based on the date.
