Symptoms
Oregon Supportive Housing Services (SHS) tax is incorrectly calculating for Employees Making Less Than 200K when paid with Supplemental Pay.
STEPS:
1. Create a new employee who works in Oregon tax area 380510460.
2. Enter a Gross up interim for that employee using a supplemental pay and calculate the interim.
3. Notice that the OR SHS tax is incorrectly calculating for the employee even though they have not reached the required annual gross in excess of 200K.
